Q: How do I schedule an appointment online?
A: Click on the CALENDAR ICON at the top of this page. Select a
time from the open slots. Fill out the registration form to
complete the process.
Q: Why do I have to register?
A: All of our communication with clients is conducted through a
secure CLIENT PORTAL. You need to register to get access to the
portal, where you can schedule appointments, receive online
counseling, or email a counselor without jeopardizing your
privacy.

Q: Do you take my insurance?
A: I regret that we are not able to bill Medical Insurance at
this time. Full payment is due at the end of every session. I
can, however, provide a superbill (a detailed bill with all the
info insurance agencies requires) that you can send to your
insurance for reimbursement. Unfortunately, not all insurance
companies accept these, so please check with your insurance ahead
of time.
Q: Do you offer financial aid?
A: We have a limited amount of scholarships available. Please
contact us and we will give you access to the necessary forms to
find out if you qualify for a lower rate.
Q: What can I expect from counseling?
A: You can expect a casual conversation with a counselor who will
listen intently to your concerns and then work with you on a
unique plan to find solutions and healing.
